My husband makes gnocchi from scratch (yeah, he actually knows how to cook) but I found that exact box the other day and bought it and it's just sitting there daring me to figure out how on earth to serve it! Great ideas here and I can't wait to try it! :) <br /><br />I've also heard of people using it almost like a dumpling in chicken soup.
